Sound Bath & Herbs for Stress Relief

There's not a whole lot more soothing to frayed nerves than a gorgeous healing sound bath out on a peaceful 11-acre farm among the trees and nature sounds. BYO yoga mat and water bottle. Limited extra mats may or may not be available. Before the sound bath, you'll get some herbal education on how to relieve your stress with natural remedies. There will also be herbal sprays and aromatherapy used throughout the sound bath, as well as herbal products for purchase after.
