“Scripture tells us to ‘rejoice in the Lord always,’ but when life is not giving you much to be happy about, rejoicing is not where your heart is.

Perhaps I can help. Having someone to talk with, especially someone who has ‘been there’ lets you know that you are not alone and that what you are experiencing is real, personal, and part of your journey. There is no one else like you.”

Mihya Weber

Trauma-Informed Energy Healer, Sound Healer

As a teen and young adult, I explored energy work through my intuition and meditation. During this time, I experienced firsthand the power of aligning with the universe—goals effortlessly manifested, and I felt deeply connected to the world around me. My journey led me to a PhD in psychology, where I learned the value of scientific rigor and evidence-based practices. While I have always loved supporting others in their healing, I often felt torn between being a credible scientist-practitioner and embracing my spiritual connection to subtle energies.  Returning to energy work, acupuncture, herbal remedies, and sound healing reignited my passion. Along the way I discovered that my own grandmother, who was told she would never walk, regained her mobility through energy healing and herbal medicine. Today, I blend these holistic tools with my psychological training to support mind, body, and spirit. I feel the most at peace amongst nature with the sounds of trees blowing, water flowing, fires cracking, and a trusted animal nearby which is why I’ve chosen this beautiful farm to work out on, so I can share this with you. During my sessions, I offer my heart, my mind, my nervous system, my spirit as authentically as I can to provide a safe space for your healing. My intention is that when someone meets me with me, they feel safe and at ease, that they experience more peace and less pain throughout their life, and that they remember how to embody their inherent wholeness as a divine being.

Tabitha Millsop

Energy Healer, Sound Healer, Certified Emotion Code, Certified Body Code, Transformational Life Coach

I came to this work the way many healers do — in seeking healing for myself. My healing journey began the day I entered the world. Throughout my life, I've navigated chronic illness, heart disease, multiple surgeries, accidents, and loss. These things do not define who I am, but they inform how I work as a therapeutic practitioner. I know what it's like to feel stuck, to try everything the traditional systems have to offer, and wonder if there's another way. I have found that there is! This energetic work has completely changed my life, and my divine purpose is to help others reclaim their aligned wholeness, as well. Today, I am a certified Emotion Code and Body Code Practitioner, Energy Healer, sound healer, and transformational coach. I blend intuitive energy work, emotional release, and nervous system support to create an environment where healing can happen deeply and sustainably. My mission is to offer the kind of safe, compassionate space I once searched for — a space where you’re truly seen, your body is deeply heard, and your healing is finally possible. I would love to talk with you about how I can support your health goals!

Abby King Roberts

Trauma-Informed Herbalist, Reiki Master Teacher, Integrative Health Practitioner

As a sensitive soul, I moved through long stretches of anxiety, depression, burnout, and the particular exhaustion that comes from trying to survive a society not built for deep thinkers and feelers like me. Trauma narrowed my capacity for being in my body, and I lived on edge; disconnection dulled my senses, and I felt numb. Life was simultaneously too loud and completely unfulfilling. I oscillated between panic and shutdown as a result. As I started to really heal, the first thing I noticed was my nervous system’s capacity growing, and everything else started to change from there. It’s truly amazing what becomes possible when your bandwidth for experiencing life in general isn’t constantly consumed by underlying distress! Now, with nearly a decade of herbal studies, specialized energy work training, and a research nerd level passion for holistic healing, I offer a broad toolkit to customize an intentional plan for your unique journey. When we feel whole, we remember where we belong in the grand scheme of Life. We stop spinning our wheels, and we can laugh, dance, feel joy, and do our part—our great task—in leaving things better than we found them. I believe every person who heals becomes an anchor for others—a ripple of restoration that touches everyone around them. As clinician, author, and trauma expert Deb Dana would say, “We change the world one nervous system at a time.” My clients consistently say they feel truly seen, steadier, and empowered when we work together. If you’re ready for a fuller, more balanced life and want to reclaim your muchness, I’m here to offer you my expertise, my compassion, and boatloads on boatloads of hope.
