Womb Healing 101 Workshop

We’ll explore what the womb space represents to us, talk openly about challenges we can hold there whether physically, emotionally or energetically in the uterus, and we'll focus on practical ways to find health, connection, and expression. Most importantly, this is a time to connect with others and feel supported!

What we'll do:

• Writing and reflection; discussion

• Hands-on herbal activity

• Group energy balancing

• Demo womb healing session
